RLSS UK National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
If you’re interested in taking a qualification to become a lifeguard then come and enrol on our five day next course!
Are you aged 16 or above? Can you…
• Jump/Dive into deep water?
• Swim 50m in less than 60 seconds?
• Swim 100m continuously on front and back in deep
water?
• Tread water for 30 seconds?
• Climb out unaided without steps?
If you think you’ve got what it takes then we’d love to here from you.
Cost: £300 per person (includes cost of the AED qualification).
Course sessions:
- Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
- Swimming pool safety operation and supervision
- Pool lifeguard emergency rescue skills
- First aid, illness and injury management in a pool environment
- Theory paper test
